recipe: oven-baked chicken and onion rings

What's for dinner? Here's a great recipe for you to make.

RECIPE:
Onion Rings

1 large white onion- slice into rings
2 eggs
1/2 cup of flour
3/4 cup of water
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Whisk the eggs. Add flour , water ,salt and pepper. Do not over mix it. I suggest a little lump of flour would be better. Dredge the onion rings to the batter.  Fry in 375 degree oil (be careful not to over crowd the oil), stirring oil occasionally to cook both sides evenly.  Remove when onion rings are browned, about 4 minutes.

Oven-baked Chicken

1 whole chicken -cut into half or whole
1 onion- sliced
1 whole garlic -sliced
1 onion leeks -sliced
half  lemon sliced into rings
a small handful of rosemary
4 tbsp of soy sauce, sweet sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the chicken into half. Prepare a roasting pan drizzle some olive oil. Add the chicken , onions, garlic, lemon, onion leeks, soy sauce, sweet sauce, rosemary , salt and pepper. Rub it all to the chicken front and back. Bake it for 30 to 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
